### x Monitoring — Feb 12, 10:04 PM

Queued emails from our primary email provider are now being sent. We are still using a secondary email provider to send emails as we continue to monitor the situation.

Note: Late booking reminder workflow emails may be sent as part of the queued emails.

### x Identified — Feb 12, 4:58 PM

Emails are being sent via an alternate provider until our primary provider has recovered and resumed operations.

### x Investigating — Feb 12, 3:33 PM

All emails being sent from Cal are currently not being delivered to inboxes. We are working with our email provider on resolving this issue and to send all queued emails during this time. There is no impact on scheduling bookings.
